Blasting Zone White IPA

2018 Bloomington Collaborative Brew

Brewed with friendship and explosions (the brewers blew up hops on brew day), Blast Zone White IPA features 8 different hop varieties during the boil process and 5 more post fermentation. This brew has a bold hop character with citrus and pine aroma. Using Belgian Witbier yeast, coriander, orange and lemon peel, you will also find subtle hints of spice and a creamy citrus flavor.

Malts: White Wheat, Raw White Wheat, Oats, Pilsner

Imperial MosaiC IPA

This Imperial IPA has a light malt profile allowing the Mosaic hops to take center stage. Single-hopped with Mosaic hops, known for fruity characteristics including mango, stone fruit, peach, and berry, this brew pushes the envelope on hop flavor and aroma.

Lune Blanche

Pouring copper in color, aromas of apricots, honeysuckle, and banana envelop your glass. At first taste, this juicy, medium-full bodied ale blends flavors of cotton candy, cereal grain with a slight peppery kick to finish each sip. A very smooth beer leaves with a slight drying finish, refreshing until the end.

Ol' Floyd's Belgian Dark Strong Ale

Welcomes the senses with its rich mahogany color and warm honey aromas. This medium-bodied ale has complex Belgian esters and golden raison sweetness to balance its subtle alcohol warmth before a dry finish.

Peat-Smoked Porter

Deep brown in color with a dark tan head, Peat-Smoked Porter starts with a roasted aroma of chocolate and light smoke. Medium-bodied with subtle earthy bitterness and a touch of sweet nuttiness to balance the delicately complex smoked malt flavor.

RAspberry Blonde

Unfiltered and hazy, Raspberry Blonde displays a pink hue with a thick, fluffy head. Raspberry contributes a tart finish to our Blonde Ale which has a caramel malt flavor. Dry hopped with Cascade, Raspberry Blonde brings an earthy, fruit-filled jam session to your pint.
